I really enjoyed your las article and have been reading some of the blogs on training with runners knee. I have the OKC marathon coming up 4/27 and have had the lower inner knee giving me some problems. When I get going running I really don't feel it but know it is there. At night I have been getting woke up by short acute pains when I roll over. I really don't want to rest to much because the marathon is so close. I have allready ran a 20 and just did a 14 and an 8 back to back. Any advice on a brace or other ideas would be great. I have been iceing it now and then as well. Thanks
