Why Become a Team Member at Endurance Base Camp?
Confidence that you are following proven training plans.
The marathon and triathlon training plans have been put to the test by our athletes and the coaches. These training methods have helped athletes (yes you are an athlete) meet goals they thought may not ever be possible including: finish a marathon, qualify for the Boston Marathon, be called an “Ironman” by Mike Reilly and even qualify for the Paris-Brest-Paris Randonneur event.
Support you have from the team and coaches.
You will have support from the coaches to help you navigate your way through the training involved to reach your goal. But you will also be a part of a team that is moving forward together. Through the team site you’ll be able to share stories of your training and get feedback from other members of the team. When seeking training advice associated with equipment choices, scheduling strategies, managing training pit falls, you’ll not only have a coach – you’ll have the team.
Teaching in your style of learning.
We all learn in different ways. We listen to what the athletes are needing at the time and create content to meet those needs. We are willing to have forum exchanges, record podcasts, create tutorial videos, have conference calls – whatever we need to do in order to help the team members become successful.
Here’s what some of our athlete’s are Saying
“To the extent I have achieved anything, it is largely the result of the contributions from others like you that made it possible. I certainly could not have competed this season or last season without your outstanding advice, direction and guidance.Your ability to get me to this level is a testament to your gifts as a coach to work with people like me.”

“I just completed my first marathon with much of the credit going to Gary. During the previous four months he served diligently as our coach, inspiring us to finish our dark, cold, and sometimes wet training runs at Coldstream Park. During our time together I could always count on having my questions answered or get some other helpful advice. Training for an endurance event requires durability and confidence and Gary is well prepared to provide you with both. As a result I am now more fit than ever before. While you may not be training for a marathon, I highly recommend Gary to help you accomplish your goals, whatever they are!”
