@Susan you can buy the book locally at John’s Run Walk Shop or Hands on Healing, both John and Mike/Beth have been willing to sell it. Or you can also go to the Lulu website and purchase the hard copy through them. I think they offer more options than paypal? Or, Nikki and I can get you a copy at the pool (just email me and we’ll figure that out.)
