I&#039;m not a fan of looking at the 305 while I&#039;m running, but I love the data it provides.

You mentioned that you&#039;re already using WKO+.  I suspect that&#039;s plenty.  But you might want to have a look at SportTracks, which is free.  Plus, there&#039;s the &quot;Training Load&quot; plugin (also free) that does a lot of the CTS/ATL/TSB calculations, similar to WKO+.

Good to see that you&#039;ve looked for the objective voice.  Of all the coaches that I&#039;ve seen, Gordo would definitely be the one I&#039;d pick.
