I am certainly jealous. Our only local CSA delivers only eggs. Certainly nice, but it would be great to get into a program like yours.

I only became aware of CSAs earlier this month when I read "The Omnivore's Dilemma". The concept of a CSA seems so simple that I can't believe I hadn't heard of it before. But it's a great concept. And the variety that you are getting from your CSA is great. It would certainly tie in very well to the Paleo/Primal eating that I adopted a year ago.
